Highly respected reggae label Blood and Fire have re-issued some of the most classic reggae tunes of the 1970s. Their soundsystem keeps that vibe alive with an explosive mix of 70s and 80s Dancehall styles, mashed up with dubplates, samples, keyboards and space echoes. Blood & Fire's Dom Sotgiu will be joined by reggae legend U Brown on mic duty. This former apprentice of the mighty U Roy has been rocking dances since 1968 with his inimitable vocal sound, and shows no signs of stopping. Expect a Reggae party of the highest order!

After the massive success of their chart-topping re-rub of Kelis' 'Trick Me', the Heatwave crew have gone from strength to strength with their highly sought-after mash-ups on their very own Punchline imprint. Their first class selection of Dancehall, Bashment, R&B, Jungle, Reggaeton and Grime has won them the respect of heavyweights such as Gilles Peterson, Mr Scruff and Solid Steel and a chance to play alongside such luminaries as Buju Banton, Coldcut, The Bug, and DJ Vadim. In the short time they've been around, they've bulit up an impressive reputation as party DJs par excellence...

Also this month we happily welcome back Dub Boy, whose trusty record bag stuffed full of Dancehall, Reggaeton, Soca and Bashment gems makes him the perfect selector to kick off the proceedings.

Rocking the top deck cafe will be by our very own Mr Benn, bringing you a taste of the Square One Sound with a set of his current party favourites, and the Main Ingredient crew will be playing Funk, Afro, Hip Hop, Disco and all good things in-between. Visuals will be supplied by the wonderful UnReel Media as usual.
