This month, Square One brings you a summer party and we've invited a bunch of super talented mates to come and help celebrate...

Performing live we have dance heavy future funk from Dr Moody & the Ill Patients. An awesome live show with a groovers understanding of dance dynamics. From Punk to Funk, Dub to Drum'n'Bass, the band play more like a box of records - Seamless dynamic sets to suit the mood. Equally at home bringing the roof off the main stage with their Funk, Breaks and Drum'n'bass sets (Ashton Court Festival, Trinity, Blowpop), or dubbing out the chill-out room with their Hip Hop and Loungecore...

It wouldn't be a party without self proclaimed drunken jesters the Leisure Allstars making an appearance. So, we've got them down to keep you all entertained and quite possibly rope you into some kind of no holds barred dance off. Expect to hear Leisure Recordings third release "Get your hands in the air" by the Leisure Allstars which is due out very soon...

Following the release of his "Take it Back/The Jump" record on the aforementioned Leisure Recordings earlier this year,Square One's very own Mr Benn will be taking to the decks tonight to give you a taste of the Square One Sound. Watch out for free giveaways of his new mix cd which is currently picking up excellent feedback from the likes of Soul Jazz Soundsystem and JSTAR...

Finally we present to you rising star Dub Boy, whose uncompromising blend of Dancehall, Reggaeton and Bashment styles has been keeping people on their toes in many a late night party accross the city recently.
